● High-Pressure Air Spray Watering

Water is sprayed into the polishing chamber in a mist form under high-pressure air, ensuring uniform and stable water distribution on the rice grain surface. Gentle friction between the rice grains and the roller results in a smooth and clean surface.

● Automatic Water Inlet Control System

To prevent clogging due to excessive water or material during startup, this machine is equipped with an automatic water inlet control system. The water pump automatically shuts off when there is no material or excessive feeding, and turns on when the material flow reaches a certain level.

● Simple Operation and Maintenance

This device is operated directly from the front panel, with clear visibility of water addition and ammeter readings during startup/shutdown, minimizing losses from operational errors.

The quick-release sieve frame design significantly reduces the time required for sieve replacement. The sieves are interchangeable among four pieces, further shortening the time spent on sieve changes, cleaning, and polishing roller maintenance, thereby improving work efficiency.
